Prince Miyata

Miyata Toshiya will be headlining a play called Kifushamu-koku no Bouken this spring and early summer running from May 18th to June 11th. It will be at Tokyo's Kinokuniya Hall that is located in Shinjuku.

The story revolves around a prince that accompanied by a housewife to go to the underworld to see his deceased father.

It is nice to see that all the members of Kis-My-Ft2 get chances to keep busy doing something even with the split in the group. And while stage plays may not attract as much attention as drama roles it is still a chance for them to work on their acting and keep them in a spotlight.

Of course like probably most Kisumai fans I am amused with Miyata getting a role as a prince as that is far away from his usual image. But I still wish him the best luck and success in this project.
